I had Alarm Alert since I built my home, 2007, but I still lived in Maryland, so having the system was peace of mind for me. I recently relocated to SC permanently, so now my alarm system means even more. I was having a problem with my alarm pad, John came out and got it resolved quickly, and was so professional and considerate. I love doing business with them, great company.

have had the most wonderful experience with Alarm Alert. Kevin sold us our system 20 years ago. We have a second home we added approximately 10 years ago. Over the years we have had several break-ins and I was amazed at the advanced technology they have to help the police catch robbers!
