Kevin assisted me and He is Wonderful, full of energy and a trustworthy individual. The security system is specific to my needs and works well. I have had NO issues with my system from the time of installment to present. All locations within my home are secured and I sleep well at night knowing I'm protected. I recommend Alarm Alert to all. We have been feeling secure with Alarm Alert for 11 years & only had to have batteries replaced once.We just updated to a new wireless system so I am feeling more safe. There is an immediate response to any alarm wich is important.
