Came out after I got off of work so they come when it’s convenient for you, not for them. Justin did an assessment, gave me a price and 2 hours later the alarm was installed and my iPhone app was setup. Highly recommend these guys. They are locally owned by very respectable people. They have my home and my business alarm now. Their tech David handles my business alarm and he is also great. These guys have been around a long time and I trust them with the safety of my family and business!

As of June 30, 2020, I’m an existing customer of Alarm Alert since July 2015. Recently, I had updated my current home security system with an upgrade. The upgrade is a DVR with a complete surveillance solutions and seven (7) cameras. I am satisfied with the service and the professionalism provided by the staff. They took time to clearly explain in detail all questions. I look forward to consult with Alarm Alert for any future system enhancement. My husband and I gifted my parents this alarm system after reading through the many 5 star reviews. They were having trouble with working the Blink system since it was primarily run by an app. Even though the price was fairly expensive, it has been well worth it! From the get-go we have been provided with stellar customer service. They have gone above and beyond making sure my parents have had everything they've needed and the knowledge to work it. I can understand all of the terrific reviews now! They truly seem to care about their customers and that's saying something these days! We couldn't be happier!

We are so happy with our new Alarm system installed by Justin! He is very knowledgeable and friendly! We had a simplisafe system for years until just this month they removed some of our service options without notice which left us without protection in one of our buildings! Simplisafe customer service is a lot of well I'm sorry that happened to you and there is nothing we can do! Just bad business!! We are so PLEASED with the coverage we are getting now from ALARM ALERT and how great the local customer service is! We highly recommend ALARM ALERT! Ask for Justin to do your installation he will go above and beyond to make sure your property is well protected!

Me and my wife had Alarm Alert installed a (4) camera security system in our brand new house. We go on vacation over seas sometimes and we like to be able to check on the house. these guys were awesome and did a great job + cleanup after they finished the job. So now 2 years later we call them back to install (2) additional cameras at the house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The system was perfect for my security needs at home, easy installation with no mess or clean up, easy operation to arm/disarm onsite and remote, and quick response for technical support when needed. Courteous technicians, that explain everything and I very prompt with service.
