We have used Alarm Alert for over a decade. Great price. Responsive service. We had an issue with our alarm recently and called. Someone showed up in less than an hour to fix it.

Kevin explained thoroughly the process of installation for both the security measures and cameras along with the fees involved. James was very knowledgeable about installing our security system, setting up the phone apps and providing a sense of warmth to the business venture. They are very family oriented! My questions were answered respectfully and with great value each time I contacted them. I was very pleased with the entire process and expect to continue doing business with them moving forward!

I have been an alarm alert for over seven years. The insulation was efficient, they were on time, and always available to answer any questions. I recently had cameras installed. The owner Kevin came out and looked at the home And estimated how many cameras were needed. Cameras efficiently installed, great quality. Excellent service. I Highly recommend the alarm alert on will continue to use them for all my security needs.

Kevin gave a prompt response to my request and was very helpful. They are great at working around the customers’ schedule. Been a customer for 20 years and am very pleased with the service I receive.

I have had Alarm Alert service my alarm system for 3 years and I love the quality of their service and prices are very affordable. If any alarm goes off, their customer service is calling me within seconds to see if help is needed and if they can’t reach me they always contact my emergency contacts along with have my local police department on speed dial if necessary. They are like family or more like my own personal security guard.

The owner Kevin is great! He came out and took a look at our current equipment and gave us a quote to switch over on the spot. His technician Jack was there the next day to get started. They were both great with timely communication. I would highly recommend!!

Kevin and James were great! Explained the different security options to help me make the decision for my needs. Very reasonable prices for installation and monthly fees. Quick and easy installation. James was great in explaining the details of the system, walking me through step by step, and set up app on my phone. Both advised that should I need anything or have questions they are there 24/7. Great company!

Everyone was very professional and explained everything in detail. Kevin came out and really made sure we got everything that we needed. He promised and he delivered. James was the installer and he was awesome. Prompt, courteous and vey personable. He made us feel safe from the moment he installed the yard signs. This company takes care of its customers. If you use anybody else shame on you!
