When it came time to put an alarm system in my Dad's house it was an east decision. Kevin and company had installed mine about 3 years ago. They are very professional, knowledgeable, precise and neat. The price is good, but on this install I did not even call another company as I knew their price was competitive. I knew I would be treated right. I have not had one problem from my system in three years. It was installed and I forgot about it. Kevin is a man of integrity, I trust him and his employees. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Alarm Alert. I contacted them one morning about installing an alarm system and they were at home, with the system installed by that afternoon. They were not pushy in trying to sell anything, but very knowledgeable and helpful in advising me about their products. I would highly recommend using this local company in your home or business!

No issues great service ..You can get a real person when you call for a question which is unusual these days. I would highly recommend them.
