• Comment: My husband and I gifted my parents this alarm system after reading through the many 5 star reviews. They were having trouble with working the Blink system since it was primarily run by an app. Even though the price was fairly expensive, it has been well worth it! From the get-go we have been provided with stellar customer service. They have gone above and beyond making sure my parents have had everything they've needed and the knowledge to work it. I can understand all of the terrific reviews now! They truly seem to care about their customers and that's saying something these days! We couldn't be happier!
